    New Jersey:

By now, when the National Socialist Movement (NSM) holds rallies and does their usual bellowing about crimes being committed by non-whites, it really can't be taken seriously. Not when the possibility is there that the person doing the bellowing might have a pretty healthy criminal record themselves, one that may even be worse than anyone they might complain about. Meet John Anthony Wasserman. NSM associate, New Saxon poster, convicted pedophille. He is making plans to go to the NSM conference as well as the rally being held at the Statehouse in Trenton, and this will be four months after he got out of prison on a parole violation. Seriously, if you are in Trenton on Saturday, there's no reason to be mad about the NSM being there. They might be doing us all a favor. It will be kind of like them posing for a group mugshot.
    One People's Project

A convicted sex offender who has reportedly served time in New Jersey and Virginia is showing up on the National Socialist Movement’s (NSM) social networking site searching for a ride to the organization’s rally in Trenton April 16.

John Anthony Wasserman posting as “ppl88ter” on the New Saxon website, is reportedly a recent recruit into the NSM, claiming in one post that the conference and rally this month will be his introduction to the organization. His profile is laden with poetry written by him that uplifts anti-Semitic ideology and Aryan mythology. “I must hate that what threatens the security of my race,” Wasserman writes in a rambling introductory post. “And so it is for this reason that I hate..I believe our present day jewnited states of america / israel is our races greatest enemy. our only salvation is for those strongest of our aryan men to war with this system of zionist jackels and create a national socialist government for the true prosperity of our aryan folk..(sic)”

Wasserman New Saxon photoAccording to criminal records in New Jersey and in Virginia, Wasserman, who will be 42 on Tuesday, has been convicted for sexual assault on a minor in 1999 in Middlesex County, NJ. A search of the New Jersey Dept. of Corrections website indicates that back to jail in June of last year community supervision violation, but was released in December after serving almost five months. He was also placed on Virginia’s sex offender registry in March of last year, which notes that he was incarcerated in that state as well Records in Virginia indicate that he is still incarcerated, but he has been seen in New Brunswick, NJ as recently as last week, according to that town’s chapter of Anti-Racist Action.

This would be the second known associate of the National Socialist Movement that has been identified as a sex offender. NSM Indiana State Leader John Snyder is on that state’s sex offenders’ list, and is currently a fugitive on a violation, which resulted in him being profiled on the television program America’s Most Wanted. Several other members are known to have felony conviction records, and one former member, a former university professor named Jacques Pluss is currently out on bail after being arrested on intimidation and weapons charges.

Around 50 members of the largest Neo-Nazi group in America rallied today in Trenton.

The National Socialist Movement spoke at the New Jersey statehouse. Members reportedly spoke out against illegal immigrants, crime and America’s leaders during a 90-minute presentation.

Several groups were also at the courthouse to protest the NSM though they were kept at a distance by police. The NSM reportedly responded to protesters by performing Nazi salutes and shouting “Sieg Heil.”

A heavy presence of federal, state and local law enforcement were at the rally in order to keep the peace.

The NSM also held a meeting last night in Pemberton Borough. During the meeting, there was reportedly an altercation between members of the Anti-Racist Action Network and the NSM. Two people were arrested and several others were sent to the hospital, according to police.

No arrests or violent incidents were reported during Saturday’s rally however.

White supremacists stir up opposition on the Los Angeles City Hall lawn

As hundreds of demonstrators surrounded Los Angeles City Hall and shouted "Nazis go home," about 40 white supremacists stood and waved swastika flags at a rally closely monitored by the Los Angeles Police Department.

"We are tired of you clogging up our streets," shouted one white supremacist of the National Socialist Movement. Another group member repeatedly denounced illegal aliens, saying, "If the city supports illegal aliens and criminals, that is treason."

Word of the group's rally, which was held behind a cordon of yellow police tape, attracted a variety of groups staging counter-demonstrations. At least two people were badly beaten in the ramp-up to the rally and one woman collapsed for unknown reasons.

"Why would we choose Los Angeles for a rally?" one of the socialist movement members asked. "Because it's the front line," he said."It is the belly of the beast."

About 50 feet away, police in riot gear separated neo-Nazi protesters from the hundreds of angry counter-protesters. The latter chanted "Nazis go home," beat drums and thrust middle fingers in the air. Counter-protesters on the south lawn of City Hall drowned out the words of a Nazi protest leader's amplified speech. They chanted, "Whose streets? Our streets!"

Several fights preceded the appearance of the supremacist group. One involved a man holding a sign with flames and a swastika. The man, who was carrying a bullhorn, was suddenly rushed by a mob of counter-demonstrators and beaten near the corner of Spring and 1st streets. The man, who appeared to be in his 30s, was punched in the face and kicked for about 20 seconds by protesters, many of them wearing bandannas. About a dozen police in riot gear rushed from near City Hall, running straight into the center of the mob. "Police!" members of the mob screamed, running down Spring Street.

Once police broke up the mob, the man with the sign began running south on Spring Street. One man caught up with him and slugged him in the face; he collapsed and his face hit the curb. He was quickly surrounded by a mob again until police caught up and pushed the counter-protesters away with their batons. The man was then escorted away by police as blood spilled from the back of his head. His sign, broken into pieces, was left behind on the street. It read: "Christianity = Paganism" and had an arrow pointing to a swastika.

LOS ANGELES -- A neo-Nazi white supremacist group rallied against illegal immigration in downtown Los Angeles Saturday as hundreds of counter-protestors gathered to shout them down in a tense stand off that included thrown rocks and police in riot gear.

Police officers stood between the white supremacists and counter-demonstrators on the south lawn of Los Angeles' City Hall, where about 50 members of the National Socialist Movement waved American flags and swastika banners for about an hour.

The neo-Nazis shouted "sieg heil," but their words were mostly drowned out by chants of "racists go home" and "stop the Nazis" from the larger crowd of about 500 counter-protestors who held signs that read "Nazis: Get Out of Los Angeles" and "Racists Are Ignorant."

City Hall was selected for the Detroit-based group's "Reclaim The Southwest!" event because of Los Angeles' large population of immigrants -- some of whom are in the country illegally, regional director Jeffrey Russell Hall said.

The group was also responding to the recent flurry of street marches encouraging legislators to enact reform that includes amnesty for some illegal immigrants.

There was a brief flare-up of violence when a man removed his shirt revealing tattoos that featured Nazi lightning bolts, which some in the crowd deemed offensive.

Counter-protestor James Lafferty, executive director of the National Lawyers Guild, said he saw the tattooed man punched and kicked as a plainclothes officer dragged him behind police lines. Blood could be seen at the base of his neck, Lafferty said.

As the rally ended, counter-protestors hurled rocks, branches and other items over the police line toward the neo-Nazis.

No injuries were reported and it was unclear if any arrests were made, Los Angeles Police Officer Wendy Reyes said.

    Texas:

Protesters Shout Down Neo-Nazi Group Rally In Tyler

    By MALENA OGLES
    Staff Writer

The shouts of protesters and members of Neo-Nazi group the National Socialist Movement (NSM) canceled each other out during a two-hour anti-immigration rally held in downtown Tyler.

The NSM rally, which was timed to coincide with a similar rally in Missouri, drew around 10 members of the NSM and more than 100 protesters closing Spring Avenue from Ferguson to East Erwin Streets.

Police gave several verbal warnings to protesters who leaned too far into the police tape or who shouted obscenities, but there were no arrests.

“We were pleased that it was peaceful and that no violence broke out,” Tyler Police Department Public Information officer Don Martin said.

Outfitted in black pants button up shirts and high laced boots, members of the NSM stood on the back steps of the Smith County Courthouse shouting their message from a megaphone.

Protesters came from as far away as Austin, many affiliated with Anti-Racist Action (ARA) movement.

The voices of NSM members were drowned out by peace protesters chanting “die Nazi scum,” rattling tambourines and beating drums.

“We fight for our race we fight for our nation. We are not un-American you are un-American. You are the problem,” Sgt. Jeffcoat unit leader of the Southwest Texas NSM shouted back.

On the sidelines were dozens of law enforcement officers patiently observing the yelling match.

“Between all of the agencies, we’re well prepared,” Martin said adding that they did not want to have an obvious police presence but wanted to be there in case fights broke out.

Randy Oliver of Tyler who came to watch the rally said that he was disappointed that the NSM chose Tyler as a place for their rally.

“I know it’s freedom of speech, but you can see that no one wants them to be here,” he said. “Maybe they will see that and not come back.”

    Missouri:
    Neo-Nazis march at Missouri Capitol

JEFFERSON CITY | Just over 50 neo-Nazis chanted anti-immigrant and anti-minority slogans during a two-hour march in Jefferson City, finishing at the state Capitol.

Spectators lined sidewalks along part of the route today, but there was no violence. At least two counter-protesters were handcuffed. But it's unclear if there were more arrests and a police spokesman did not immediately return a call.

A tense moment occurred as the neo-Nazis, protected by police in riot gear, marched back to their vehicles while exchanging taunts with demonstrators.

The neo-Nazis delivered a series of speeches for just over an hour from the Capitol's steps.

Most focused on condemning politicians, the federal economic bailout, Jews and minorities. Although newly elected President Barack Obama was mentioned, most of the speakers said Republican John McCain was no better.

    Michigan:

    White Supremacists Taunted in Michigan

By TIM MARTIN, Associated Press Writer
LANSING, Mich. - A group of white supremacists demonstrating outside Michigan's Capitol was far outnumbered by 500 protesters who were screened by metal detectors and kept separate by 6-foot-high chain-link fences.

About 75 people from the Minneapolis-based National Socialist Movement were met with taunts from the protesters in what police described as a generally orderly event.

State and city police reported 16 arrests, mostly for disorderly conduct and other misdemeanors among hundreds kept at bay from the neo-Nazis. Two people were taken to a hospital for minor injuries and a third was treated at the scene following scuffling between protesters and neo-Nazi supporters, police said.

None of the members of the neo-Nazis group was arrested or injured. They were bused into the rally from an undisclosed location and returned there later with police assistance.

Police said rocks were thrown at some officers as protesters left the Michigan rally and windows of a police van were smashed, but no police injuries were reported. About 500 law enforcement officers _ some in helicopters and on horseback _ kept the peace.

Security was high after violence broke out at recent National Socialist Movement events in Ohio and Florida.

Group leaders said they picked Lansing as a rally site in part because of Michigan's sluggish economy and white supremacists' growing frustration with illegal immigration's effects on employment.

"The people want the borders closed and we will close them," group leader Jeff Schoep told reporters before the rally.

Despite the focus on illegal immigrants, several speakers from the neo-Nazi group criticized Jews and mainstream political parties.

"I don't think it's OK to preach hate," said Laura Harms of Lansing, who carried a pink sign that read "People Power."

When protesters shouted at the neo-Nazis, Schoep replied: "I will not be shouted down ... you will not stop us. You will not silence us."

Several blocks away, several hundred people attended a rally hosted by city officials at a high school to promote diversity. Police said no problems were reported.

    Californie:

Nearly a dozen members of a reported neo-Nazi group rallied against illegal immigration in Riverside Saturday, at an intersection where immigrant day laborers often seek work.

About four times as many people were there to protest the rally, deeming the event racist and hateful.

"We just want to express our frustration that the laws on the books are not enforced," said neo-Nazi spokesman Mike O'Dell, 52, of San Francisco, who wore a black National Socialist Movement T-shirt with the phrase "We Are Back" on his chest.

"We came down to Riverside to get in the sun, because it's near the border and the metro areas of Southern California."

Other neo-Nazis who declined to give their names or hometowns shouted phrases including "White Power!" and gave stiff-armed Nazi salutes during about 45 minutes of heated exchanges.

  9. http://forums.resistance.tk/message.php?t=9730
